The Southern Regional Council is seeking the services of a creative, qualified freelance graphic designer, design firm, or agency for the Development and Provision of a Visual Identity for the first Southern Region of Culture 2023 in Malta that the Region shall hold in 2023. The required visual identity and brand book shall be used throughout the year for all communications, marketing, and events happening within the remit of this project.
