Southern Region of Culture 2023 shall celebrate who we are and what shapes us as a region by showcasing the richness of our cultural expressions and the ways and means of how these are manifested. We shall invest in new initiatives that can grow into long standing projects and seek to increase a culture of community participation by empowering citizens to live and breathe culture. Last but not least, SROC2023 shall, thanks to culture, contribute towards better futures for our communities.
